Each week one child is selected to be the Super Star of the Week in Anna's preschool class. This special individual has many jobs. They sit in a special chair during circle time, where they share many things about themselves including their favorite colors, their favorite clothes, and they bring some toys from home to talk about. In addition, they lead the lines in and out of the classroom, ring the bell for story time, bring the milk for lunch and other duties I have not yet heard about.
This week is Anna's week. Anna ran into our room this morning THRILLED for the day ahead. She poured her heart and soul into finishing her "homework" for the day and picked out her very own outfit for her special day.
After school she was thrilled with being the Super Star and she let me know many times that she gets to be it AGAIN on Wednesday and AGAIN on Friday! Yay for our Super Star!!

OMGosh, check out that smile!!! Is there a better reward as a parent than seeing what a wonderful child she's turning into? I can only imagine the excitement in your house this week...too cute. She is going to be something amazing...what a personality!
