"A party! A party! We going to da party!" Anna exclaimed as she woke up from her nap. And party she did...we all did! We arrived to my aunt and uncle's home on the lake at about 3pm and after much fun headed home after 8:30, tired toddler in tow. Thinking for sure she would nod off in the car, we settled in for a quiet car ride. Not this little one. Anna continued to talk and sing the entire way home - telling us all about all of the people she saw at the party and all the fun things that she did.
With 15 little ones from 4 weeks old to going into 3rd grade, it was a very lively event with no end to the things that we all could do and enjoy. It was a wonderful day at the lake, celebrating summer, a visit from my dad and Penny, family and a birthday!
