This weekend over 60 of my dad and Penny's friends and family gathered at their home to wish them farewell as they head off to Paris for two years. My father will leave this weekend, with Penny joining him in a few short weeks. What an adventure lies ahead! We are so excited and had such a fun time at their party! But, we will also miss having them so close. Fortunately they will have a blog that they will fill with pictures and descriptions of their time there - so we can feel like we are traveling along with them. And who knows, maybe a trip to Paris will be in our future as well!

A great sendoff it was!! These are some very nice pictures. Thank you so much for all your hard work to make it come together so well. We had a great time. Now off to a new venture. Will be interesting, challenging, and fun. But we will sure miss all of you, and especially this smiling little girl. We'll be watching daily and will stay in touch. Love, Dad
